Delivery Policies & Fees
- If you would like same-day delivery, please give us a call at (905) 337-0968 or send us an email at flowerdeco.oakville@gmail.com. Same-day delivery option is not available on the online store. The earliest delivery day you can book on the website is the next business day.
- We currently do not deliver on Sundays, Mondays and Holidays as our store is closed on these days. Unless confirmed by our staff over the phone or in person, specific delivery time cannot be guaranteed for all deliveries.
- Local delivery fees vary based on which city the postal code belongs to, and you will see the fee appear at checkout. If you don't see your city in this list, please give us a call and we will assist you. For big orders that need to be delivered, we charge extra delivery fee per item or per package. Some common cities' delivery fees are as listed below:
- Oakville: $10
- Mississauga, Burlington: $18
- Brampton, Toronto, Hamilton, Markham, Dundas, Etobicoke, Oshawa, Scarborough, Richmond Hill, Thornhill/Vaughan, Woodridge, Ajax, Ancaster, Aurora, Concord: $20
- Georgetown, Milton, Ashbourn, Stoufville, Waterdown, Whitby, Newmarket, Stoney Creek: $25
- We do not deliver to:
- The Trillium Health Partners Mississauga Hospital, Kitchener, Cambridge, Bradford, Waterloo, Guelph, Innisfil, Barrie, and
- Anywhere outside of Ontario and outside of Canada.
- We only deliver once for each order. If your recipient is not home, we will leave a note on their front door and leave the flowers with their neighbor. In the event that an incorrect address is provided, we will need to charge you a second delivery fee for re-routing the order to the correct location. Therefore, please review your details carefully before placing your order!
- Please note that flowers should not be left outside in sub-zero or too high temperatures. Extreme cold or heat can damage the flowers. If you're unsure if the recipient will be home to receive the flowers, please request for us to give them a call before delivery to ensure that they will be home to bring the flowers inside.
- For hospital deliveries, we deliver flowers/plants to the front desk, not to the patient's room. Additionally, most hospitals prohibit flowers in the ICU so we cannot deliver to ICUs. When providing the patient's delivery address, please also let us know the patient's bed information (building name/number or ward, room number, bed number) if you have it.
