Cancellation & Refund Policies

Cancellation Policy

  • To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation requests must be made at least 2 days before the scheduled pickup or delivery date. This is because we typically prepare orders the day before they are due for pickup or delivery.

  • For cancellations made within the allowed timeframe, we will process your request promptly. Unfortunately, cancellations made after this period may not be eligible for a refund due to the advanced preparation involved.

Refund Policy

  • Floral items may be eligible for a refund, replacement or store credit within 2 days of purchase. If you are unable to visit the store in person, please email us photos of the items showing their current condition for us to assist you further.
  • Vases, pots and non-floral items may be eligible for a refund, replacement or store credit within the same day of purchase if you bring them back in their original unused condition or packaging, along with your receipt.
